Job Description

Business Development Executive is a professional who is responsible for identifying business and market expansion opportunities along with building and maintaining client relationships toward achieving revenue growth for the company. The role requires coordination with the marketing team for lead generation and management. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, dealing with customers, good at presentation, and target-driven. If you are interested in working for an international product and want to explore new market possibilities then this role is for you.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify prospective clients, partners, and markets for the company’s products 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly. 
  • Visiting clients to demonstrate the product and services and its value proposition.
  • Regularly engage with clients to upsell additional services/products and work on the identification of cross-selling opportunities. 
  • Develop and executive sales plan to achieve as well as exceeds sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s value proposition. 
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Identify potential areas of business expansion, both domestically and internationally. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with the company’s goals.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales pipeline, and business development

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of selling and relationship building.
  • Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Valid driving license with own mode of transport.
  • Persuasive and Resilient.
  • Prior experience as Business Development Executive or Sales Executive or Relationship Executive in any field.

Education and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of prior work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related fields.
