Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Business Development Trainee. This traineeship presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain practical experience in the field of Business Development and Sales. As a Business development trainee, you will work closely with the Customer Acquisition team to support the various business development initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our company's online presence.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in Business Development and Sales. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you will receive guidance and mentorship from our experienced professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist the Business Development Team in day-to-day activities and tasks 
  • Initiate communication with leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Schedule meetings for the Business Development Executives with the prospective clients 
  • Assist in building and maintaining lead database. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system. 
  • Work closely with the business development team to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and relationship building. 
  • Provide support in preparing sales reports, materials, and presentations. 
  • Understand the product and the target industry the company operates. 
  • Handle leads/prospective clients' inquiries and provide information about products./services. 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude towards learning, and taking on new challenges.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Running or completed in business, marketing, or related field 
  • Passionate about learning and working in the field of Business Development and Sales.
