Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Design Trainee (UI/UX). This traineeship presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain practical experience in UI/UX. As a Design Trainee, you will work closely with the Product Development team to support the various product development initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our company.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential Product Development and Design skills. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you will receive guidance and mentorship from our experienced professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare Wireframe and visual mockups with working prototypes
  • Conduct various meetings with supervisors and project managers to accomplish design-driven development.
  • Prepare a clean UI/UX of all the problems, interviews, suggested solutions and rough user flows.
  • Produce final design solutions (like Graphics, UI interfaces & UX driven design)
  • Pitch creative ideas
  • Collaborate with team & senior members to launch design ideas to handoff.
  • Listen actively and ask questions / clarify information to ensure an understanding of customer technology needs.
  • Seek relevant information to ensure your own understanding of complex information.
  • Understand the importance of a design system and collaborate with the Design team to update and maintain the development of the product.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry UI trends, techniques, and technologies, to update and maintain product development

Essential Skills and Experience

  • At least have  six-months to 1 year of experience in design (graphic design/UI/UX design) 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems 
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics or UI/UX designs 
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop) will be a plus point
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
